Marketplace purchases are delivered to your Steam account by trade offer using your Steam Trade URL. Withdrawals are skins only; site balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
1. Before you buy
- Add your Steam Trade URL in Settings. It must be the trade URL of the Steam account you signed in with. You can copy it from the Trade Offers privacy page in Steam; if you generate a new one there, update it here too.
- Your Steam account must be able to receive trades: inventory set to Public with free space, no trade ban or trade hold, and Steam Family View off.
- Purchases are paid from your balance (the Bonus wallet cannot be used), and each order must meet the minimum shown at checkout.
Before you pay, we check the listing and your trade details. If a problem is found at this stage, the order is not placed and nothing is charged. An order can still fail after payment; the refund rules below explain what happens then.
2. Moving a skin you won to Steam
Skins you win stay in your CS2RICH inventory. Sell them to your balance, then buy the skin you want on the Marketplace. A skin's Marketplace price is its current listing price, which can be higher or lower than the value you sold it for. If the exact skin is not in stock, you can pick another one.
3. How the trade offer arrives
The seller sends your skin as a Steam trade offer to your trade URL. Open Trade Offers in Steam, or use the button on your order page, and accept it as soon as it arrives. Delivered skins go to your Steam inventory.
Instant delivery usually takes a few minutes. Slow delivery is confirmed by the seller by hand and usually arrives within 24 hours. Some orders need an extra check before they are placed, and that can add time.
4. Order status
- Pending: paid, being placed with a seller.
- Buying: a seller has the order.
- Sent: the trade offer is waiting in your Steam. Accept it.
- Delivered: the skin is in your Steam inventory.
- Refunded or Cancelled: the order did not complete. The refund to your balance and any applicable cancellation fee are shown on your order.
You cannot cancel an order once it is placed. If something is wrong, contact support with your order number.
5. If a delivery fails
If no seller can fill your order, or it cannot be delivered, the full price goes back to your balance automatically.
One exception: if the trade offer reached you and you declined it, sent a counter-offer or did not accept it in time, the seller's cancellation fee may be kept. That fee is never more than 5% of the price and never more than $10, and any fee kept is shown on your order. After that, or if Steam cannot deliver to your account, buying pauses for a short time; the message tells you when you can buy again.
6. After you accept
Once you accept, the skin is in your Steam inventory and Steam's own trading rules apply. Steam's trade protection allows a trade to be reversed for several days afterwards. If that happens to one of your orders, it is not re-delivered automatically, so contact support with your order number.
