Terms of Service

By signing in or using CS2RICH you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may change these Terms. We post the updated version on the site with an effective date. If you keep using CS2RICH after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

You sign in with Steam only.

You must be 18 or older to use CS2RICH.

You may hold only one account. Holding or using more than one account, whether directly or through another person, is "multi-accounting" and is not allowed anywhere in these Terms.

Your balance is virtual site credit shown in USD-denominated values. It is not money and has no cash value.

Credit can be used to play the games on the site and to withdraw CS2 skins under Section 5. It cannot be withdrawn as cash in any form, and it cannot be transferred between accounts.

Your balance does not expire.

Deposits add site credit to your balance. We offer three deposit methods.

Bank transfer (through our payment partner): The bank account used for your first successful deposit is locked to your CS2RICH account permanently. You cannot change the linked bank account. If you lose access to it, contact support before depositing again. Transfers from any other bank account, or from third parties, are not credited: they are either rejected or held for review, and a held transfer is credited only if the review ends in your favour.

Cryptocurrency (through our payment processor): Send only the exact coin and network shown to you. Funds sent as the wrong coin or on the wrong network, or in an amount below the minimum, are not credited and cannot be recovered. Credit is added after the required network confirmations.

CS2 skins (through our skin-deposit partner): Skins are valued by the partner at the time of deposit. The resulting credit is held for at least 8 days from the deposit. During the hold you cannot use it to play or to withdraw skins. If the Steam trade is reversed or the item is recovered, the credit is clawed back and your balance may go negative. A negative balance is deducted from your future deposits, and you cannot withdraw skins until it is cleared.

All deposits are final. We do not give refunds in any circumstance, for any deposit method.

Withdrawals are CS2 skins only. We send them by Steam trade offer to your own Steam Trade URL.

To withdraw you must have no active hold or review and a tradeable Steam account.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equivalent value. We may cancel trade offers that cannot be delivered or that are flagged.

Once you accept the trade offer, anything Steam does to the item or your account afterwards (trade holds, reversals, item recovery, account bans) is outside our control and we do not re-deliver.

We offer case opening (including the JOKER variant of a case), case battles, the upgrader, and daily and level cases.

Case battles include Classic, Crazy, and SHARE mode, in which the pot is split equally among all players. Formats include 1v1 and 2v2. Bots may fill seats; bots are system players, and their winnings belong to CS2RICH.

The outcome recorded by the server is final. It is not replayed or cancelled. This does not stop us removing credit obtained through abuse or error under Section 9. Visual, animation, or interface errors do not create any entitlement.

The game rule pages on the site form part of these Terms.

Bonuses, daily and level cases, and affiliate codes are discretionary. We may change or withdraw them at any time.

Each of them is for one person only: you may claim or use them only through your own single account (Section 2), and not through anyone else's account.

Self-referral, multi-accounting (Section 2), and paying people to use a code are abuse. Abuse forfeits bonus credit and affiliate earnings and may end the code.

You must not:

• multi-account (Section 2);
• use bots, scripts, or other automation;
• exploit bugs;
• start chargebacks or payment disputes;
• use another person's funds, bank account, wallet, or Steam account;
• impersonate anyone;
• scrape or reverse engineer the service;
• harass others;
• use the service for anything other than your personal entertainment.

We may suspend an account, its balance, or its withdrawals when we suspect fraud, chargebacks, third-party funds, Steam trade reversal, multi-accounting, or bonus or affiliate abuse.

During a review we may ask you for identity or ownership documents. Withdrawals stay blocked until the review ends. Credit obtained through abuse or error is removed.

Chat messages are stored, shown to other users in real time, and moderated.

Do not abuse others, spam, advertise, beg, run scams, or share personal data. Violations lead to a mute or a ban.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. Before an account is closed for breach we review it under Section 9. Skins obtained legitimately can still be withdrawn after that review; credit obtained through abuse or error is removed.

You can ask us to close your account by emailing support. Before we close it, you can withdraw skins you obtained legitimately under Section 5.

CS2, Steam, and item names and images belong to Valve. CS2RICH is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Valve or Steam.

Steam, our payment partner, our crypto payment processor, and our skin-deposit partner are outside our control. Their downtime, fees, or policies are not our responsibility.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance and make changes at any time.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you deposited in the 6 months before the claim.

You indemnify CS2RICH for your breaches of these Terms.

Contact support by email first. We aim to answer within 30 days.

A "transaction" means any deposit, game result, or withdrawal. Any claim about a transaction must be raised within 6 months of that transaction. The liability cap in Section 15 applies to every claim.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may assign these Terms to a successor operator of the service; you may not assign them.

These Terms, together with the game rule pages and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CS2RICH about the service.

We send notices to you by email or by posting on the site. You send notices to us by email.

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only and the English text prevails.
